Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu

I went to Barnet v Bradford earlier this season, and his shirt sayd "Guylain". I think it makes sense to list what a player wears on his shirt, in the same way that you don't list Ronaldinho as "Moreira". ArtVandelay13 07:58, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thank you. robwingfield «TC» 00:09, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi - a stub template or category which you created has been nominated for deletion or renaming at Wikipedia:Stub types for deletion. The stub type, which was not proposed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals, does not meet the standard requirements for a stub type, either through being incorrectly named, ambiguously scoped, or through failure to meet standards relating to the current stub hierarchy or likely size, as explained at Wikipedia:Stub. Please feel free to make any comments at WP:SFD regarding this stub type, and in future, please consider proposing new stub types first! Grutness...wha? 01:43, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ahhh, skip it. Looks like there was a proposal for this about six months ago, but the template wasn't actually made at the time (in part for the same reason I nominated it for deletion - the fact that the majority of managers are ex-players, meaning a big overlap in stub types). I'll tidy up the template so that it leads to a stub category (an upmerged one for now, that is, one for an existing stub type with a wider scope - if there are enough stubs using it it may get its own category later). In future, though, getting things sorted out at WP:WSS/P first will prevent any confusion :) Grutness...wha? 06:12, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nick Smith (footballer)

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Nick Smith (footballer), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. HornetMike 23:18, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rob Steiner

Hi, the American football coach is probably not notable, so what I'll do is revert his edits and put it back to the footballer, and then direct Rob Steiner (footballer) to that page. Cheers for bringing it to my attention! GiantSnowman 08:54, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Wayne Bullimore

My apologies. I should have watched the article for more content, which it seems you have added. --Tckma 02:51, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of Bradford City players

Hi, yeah sure, go ahead, I want the page to be as complete as possible so jump straight in! If you need a hand then just ask, and if you want to find players than use Neil Brown's site (link is in the 'external links' section). PS It's nice to find a fellow City fan, and one who is interested in adding to pages on it! Cheers for all your work so far! GiantSnowman 14:45, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Darren Moore

I was wondering what source you used to change Darren Moore's league apps for Bradford from 63 to 62. Soccerbase.com says 63, although it isn't always accurate admittedly. --Jameboy 14:47, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I checked allfootballers.com and it seems he joined Bradford on January 6th 1939 but made no appearances before the war started. I've amended the stats in his article accordingly..... ChrisTheDude 07:01, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bryan Robson

Cheers for your help, any additions are welcomed. Would like to get it to at least Good Article status, if not featured. I'm less than halfway through the autobiography though, so still a long way to go. One thing you may be able to help with is getting more images of Robson to add to the article. The one in the article is pretty awful...that tracksuit! --Jameboy 00:59, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Chris Kamara vandals

Make sure to warn vandals after you revert them; most of the time they stop after one or two warnings. Oldelpaso 15:57, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Noticed you changing links to redirects on a couple of articles on my watchlist. Quick tip, if the link displaying on the page is not mispelled, there's no need to bypass the redirect. See here for an explanation as to why. Good work on the Bradford City related articles you've been expanding, by the way. Oldelpaso 12:08, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That was fast

Thank you for getting an infobox to Sean Taylforth so quickly! Very much appreciated. Bobo. 20:11, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
