Salvia ballotiflora (Shrubby blue sage, Mejorana) is a perennial native to Texas, often growing in limestone canyons. It grows to 2.5 metres (8.2 ft) high, with bluish or purplish flowers. Leaves are used for flavoring foods.[1][2]
