Shippan Point

Shippan Point is a wonderful place to live and to raise a family. It is a large penninsula located just south of the Cove. Shippan is home to two beach clubs, The Stamford Yaht Club and Woodway Beach Club. Shippan also has public access beaches and is a wonderful place to see the fireworks on the Fourth of July. Shippan is home to Mayor Danel Malloy and many of his extended family. If you ask anyone they will say that growing up in Shippan is a truly great experience.
