Southwood Secondary School is a high school in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. It is located in the west Galt neighbourhood of that city.

It became the subject of controversy in 2003 when it seemed that this undersized school would be closed, as funding would be needed to build a new school elsewhere in the Region where the population needed it. After lenghty protests, differing proposals, and the re-election of the board trustees, it was announced in mid-2004 that there was room in the budget to build the new school and keep Southwood open.
