Thuria or Thouria (Greek: Θυρία or Θουρία) is a city in the region of Messenia in the Peloponnese in Greece. Its population as of 2001 was 4,106.

The Thurians took part in the Helot revolt which occurred between 466 BC and 462 BC.[1]
