Template:Chinese text Tián Dān (Chinese: 田單; Chinese: 田单) was a general and member or the royal house of Qi (Shandong).[1] After the kingdom was nearly destroyed by King Min of Qi in 284 BCE, he helped regain its territory and restored the king's son. He later fought the Beidi nomads, either in the far north or some pocket of these people living in or between the Chinese states.
