Transamerica Retirement Solutions, formerly Diversified Investment Advisors, is "a mid market financial investment/record keeping firm that specializes in corporate retirement plans, with an avg. participant size of about 1000 to 5000 employees."[1]

History

Established as an original division of MONY (Mutual of NY) and its predecessors, Diversified spun off as a separate entity in the early 1990s. Transamerica Retirement Solutions, formally Diversified has over 50 years of multi-product, retirement services only industry experience.

The company’s activity covers the entire spectrum of defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including: 401(k), 403(b) (Traditional and Roth IRA's); 457; non-qualified deferred compensation, profit sharing, money purchase, cash balance and Taft-Hartley plans. Providing comprehensive "TRO" total retirement outsourcing inclusive of plan administration, investment and communication services for mid to large-sized organizations, with a specializations in the health care market.[citation needed]
