Medion Akoya Mini (E1210) Netbook is the OEM version of MSI Wind U100 [[1]] manufactured & sold by Medion AG, Germany. [2]

The Netbook is preloaded with Microsoft Windows XP Home operating system [[3]] and is customised according to the country where it is sold by the manufacturer.

Major hardware differences in comparison with with MSI Wind U100 [[4]] are:

- 0.3 megapixel camera
- No Bluetooth device
- No RAM module soldered onboard

This single memory slot can handle a maximum capacity of 2GB DDR PC5300 SODIMM RAM.

The onboard embedded Intel GMA950 can simulate display resolutions upto 2048x1536 when connected to a compatiable external display monitor.
