Correction

Hi. I reverted two edits you amde to Gog and Magog, as on the surface they appeared to be vandalism. On further refection, they weren't (more a misspelling and a surprise use of an exclamation mark). I have restored your edits and apologise for the error. Euryalus (talk) 09:59, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Welcome

Hello! I've noticed that you have edited Wikipedia without logging in to an account. I'm happy that you've been contributing. However, I urge you to create an account. Here is a list of the benefits of having an account:

There are no cons to signing up for an account. In fact, there are more pros here! Signing up is completely free and you don't need to enter any personal information! Plus you can have a user page like mine! So, unless you can think of a con, sign up for an account right now! Padillah (talk) 19:05, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

When posting comments on a talkpage, please sign them with ~~~~ Otherwise, it is very difficult to read and see who is saying what.   Zenwhat (talk) 22:40, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Folklore

Looks good. You might want to put folklore as a subheading under culture. Maybe alt left right images. "Language" also isn't in the write heading level set up. Thanks. HG | Talk 20:51, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:3RR. Stop reverting to restore an introduction that does not have consensus and has not been discussed. Please engage in discussion on the talk page and please self-revert your last edit. Thank you. Tiamuttalk 20:31, 9 February 2008 (UTC) I don't recall I concented to any thing.[reply]

a concensus does not make reference. If you don't like a image or edit that is referenced then bring a reference against that!75.72.88.121 (talk) 20:45, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Please discuss your changes on the article's talk page. You may also want to review our article layout guidelines. Nakon 20:55, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of editing restriction

As a result of an Arbitration case, Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Palestine-Israel articles, all articles related to Israel and Palestine and related disputes are placed under broad discretionary sanctions. Any uninvolved administrator may, on his or her own discretion, impose sanctions on any editor working in the area of conflict if, despite being warned, that editor repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. The sanctions imposed may include blocks of up to one year in length; bans from editing any page or set of pages within the area of conflict; bans on any editing related to the topic or its closely related topics; restrictions on reverts or other specified behaviors; or any other measures which the imposing administrator believes are reasonably necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the project.

This message places you on notice that the sanctions apply to your editing of these articles, which is the subject of a current complaint at WP:ANI. At this stage, you are only being informed of the sanctions, however, it may becomes necessary to apply individual sanctions. Addhoc (talk) 21:19, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Listen. This message is the same one I got and the same one everyone who is involved in editing Palestine-related articles gets. Don't freak out about it. But do be aware that we are all being held to a higher standard of editing because of the problems these articles have faced from disruptive editors in the past. I tried to warn you about this on the talk page at Palestinian people. I wish you listened to my advice before I posted the complaint at WP:ANI. But everything will be okay if you just relax and try to work with me and others, rather than against us. I'm not your enemy. I'm trying to help you understand how things work here at Wikipedia. When I or others direct you to links to policies or guidelines, it would be good for you to read them and abide by them. Okay? Tiamuttalk 22:02, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If it becomes necessary to apply any sanctions, they will also apply to all named accounts you are using. Thatcher 01:35, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Palestinian people do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: 'youtube\.com' (link(s): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8vQVnZo7_0) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! XLinkBot (talk) 20:49, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The recent edit you made to Palestinian people constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thanks. Tuvok[T@lk/Improve] 20:56, 11 February 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links, as you did with this edit to Palestinian music. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Tuvok[T@lk/Improve] 21:25, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you add inappropriate external links, as you did with this edit to Palestinian people. Tuvok[T@lk/Improve] 21:25, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Master of Puppets, I ve been blocked unjustly for cause of vandalism which I am unable to see! I was also unjustly reverted all my useful recent contributions ( important relevant links to Palestinians Dance and Music and Folklore that did not on wikipedia yet. Why and where is the vandalis? If you are unable to show me the vandalism then I will contact my lawyer to dile a law suit against Wiki for defamation and discrimination against arabs and palestinians. sincerely75.72.88.121 (talk) 22:55, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

No vandalism happened, my contributions were vandalised, please check!

Decline reason:

Per our Wikipedia:No legal threats policy, I am unable to review any appeals for unblocking. Please withdraw all legal threats before making any further appeals. However, looking over your edits you were blocked for violating Wikipedia:Spam and not Wikipedia:Vandalism. Anyway, your block is only for 31 hours, so you may as well just wait it out. --  Netsnipe  ►  06:03, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Second chance

Your request for unblocking has been declined due to your repeated introduction of an external link. However, we are willing to give you another chance after you withdraw any legal threats, and provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

  • Familiarizing yourself with our basic rules.
  • Pick any pre-existing article you wish to improve.
  • Click edit this page on that article and scroll down past the message informing you of your block.
  • Copy the source of that article and paste it to the bottom of your talk page under a new top-level heading (like this: = Article title =)
  • Propose some significant and well researched improvements to your article by editing your personal copy of the article.
  • When are you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "{{helpme|your question here}}" to your talk page. Thank you. Addhoc (talk) 23:09, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
