A mixture is made by adding boiled chickpeas, grinded coconut paste, and sugar. The mixture is then keep on slow fire, stirring it continously with a [[spatula]] or flat wooden spoon. After stirring for half an hour add ghee and continue stirring till rhe mixture begins to harden and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Doce is a popular sweet prepared during various ceremonies. It is a part of the Kuswad and is a popular sweet prepared during Christmas.

A mixture is made by adding boiled chickpeas, grinded coconut paste, and sugar. The mixture is then keep on slow fire, stirring it continously with a spatula or flat wooden spoon. After stirring for half an hour add ghee and continue stirring till rhe mixture begins to harden and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
