Ädelost (German: Edelkäse ) is a blue cheese from Sweden that is industrially made from pasteurized cow's milk . It comes on the market in the form of a cylinder 18 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height or as a tube . The cylinder then has a weight of 2.5 kg and a maturation period of two to three months.
