Defector (hunting)
Defectors referred to in the hunter language the wild boar of either sex in the second year.
Female defectors stay in the pack with the mother ( brook ). Male defectors are driven out of the pack when they reach sexual maturity . They then join together to form a defector rot. The female defectors are already pregnant certainly they fresh in her first litter usually about two to three piglets. At this age, the male defectors have hardly any chance of mating and they have to fight for them against the adult boars .
