Łódzkie Spotkania Teatralne
Łódzkie Spotkania Teatralne ( The Lodz Theatertreffen ) is one of the most important festivals of alternative theater in Poland , dating back to the early 1960s, first as an academic theater show, and then, since the 1970s, it has become a meeting place for the most important Polish alternative theater groups.
The festival is the oldest cultural event in Łódź and is organized by the Łódzki Dom Kultury ( Łódź House of Culture ).
