Łomża is a light beer from Poland with an alcohol content of 5.7  % vol. It is brewed in the brewery in Łomża , which is part of the Van Pur group, a German-Polish joint venture. The tradition of brewing beer in Łomża dates back to the Middle Ages, the current brewery was established in the middle of the 20th century. In addition to Łomża, Grupa Żywiec includes other beer brands such as Brok , Złoty Kur, Korona Książęca, Dock and Cherri. The logo shows a couple in traditional costumes from the Kurpie , the historical landscape around Łomża, the woman pouring beer for the man from a mug.
