Šarūnas Laužikas

Šarūnas Laužikas (born November 17, 1953 in Šilutė ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

In 1975 he graduated from the Vilniaus universitetas with a degree in commercial economics . Since 1995 he has been a member of the Šilutė Council. From 1995 to 2000 he was the mayor of the Šilutė district , 2002 director of AB “Juknaičiai”, owner of “Ventainė”, and from 2007 to 2011 administrative director of the district. He has been Deputy Mayor since 2012.

Since 1993 he has been a member of Tėvynės sąjunga - Lietuvos krikščionys demokratai .

He is married. With Mrs. Beatričė he has the son Martynas and the daughters Beatričė and Rūta.
