Əhliman Əmiraslanov (also Ehliman Emiraslanov or Ahliman Amiraslanov; born  November 17, 1947 in Zod , Armenian SSR ) is an Azerbaijani oncologist and professor and rector of the Medical University of Azerbaijan .

Scientific work

Əmiraslanov received the Petrov Prize of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the Soviet Union in 1985 for his work on "bone sarcomies". In 1986 he received the State Prize of the USSR for his scientific achievements , the highest civilian award in the Soviet Union .

In 1992, Ə. T. Əmiraslanov appointed rector of the Medical University of Azerbaijan. In 1993, through a competition on behalf of N. Nerimanov, he was selected as President of the Oncology Department of Azerbaijan Medical University.

Əmiraslanov is the author of 230 scientific works, 11 monographs, 9 specialist books and numerous scientific papers. He is a member of the Orthopedic, Traumatology and Oncology Union, the Oncology Organizations of Greece , the Czech Republic and Hungary , an honorary member of the European Surgery Union, a member of the American Oncology Clinic, a member of the Natural Science Academy and the Polish Science Academy.
