Phonographic rights

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The phonographic rights include the rights to sound and video recordings as well as to sound and video carriers.

Sound and video recordings have separate copyrights that apply from the moment they are recorded. Some manufacturers of sound and video carriers reserve the phonographic rights.

The symbol "℗" is used to represent the rights. The UTF-8 character is "U + 2117".
