description
The building is on the west side of King Street near the port facilities at Loch Ryan in the center of the town of Stranraer. The year of construction of the two-story building with an extended attic is not exactly recorded, so that only the early 19th century can be given as the construction period. The building was supplemented in the late 19th century.
The sales rooms of a bakery are set up on the ground floor. On the right is a gable-independent auxiliary building with the associated production rooms. The east-facing front is plastered with Harl . On the left is a flat element consisting of a shop window and an entrance door. The shop window curves towards the wooden door. A window element is installed on the right, which stylized takes up the characteristics of a Venetian window . The street-side facade of the production rooms on the right is designed with flat wooden elements, which also fill the gable triangle. The building closes with slate roofs .
