The 6116 is a static RAM with a storage capacity of 16384 bits , organized as 2048 × 8 bits. The module is manufactured using CMOS technology and supplied in a 24-pin DIL housing . He will u. a. produced by Hyundai and Integrated Device Technology . The access times are between 15 and 150 nanoseconds , depending on the design .
