Aargau carrot market
The Aargauer Rüeblimärt is a carrot market that has been held annually on the first Wednesday in November in Aarau's old town since 1981 . In addition to carrots in all variations, market vendors from the region also offer many local and national specialties.
An average of 140 market vendors and 45,000 visitors from all over Switzerland and neighboring countries visit the Rüeblimärt in Aarau every year. The market is organized by the voluntary association Aargauer Rüeblimärt Aarau .
