Farm milk

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In Germany and Austria, farm milk is raw milk that consumers receive directly from the dairy farm.

This levy is subject to special rules that are regulated there by the ordinance on hygiene requirements for the production, treatment and marketing of certain foods of animal origin (animal LMHV for short). In Austria, this is regulated by the law on raw milk .

restrictions

Requirements for selling raw milk from the farm:

  • The company only sells raw milk that has been obtained and treated in-house
  • The delivery takes place in the company itself

  • The notice "Raw milk, boil before consumption" must be attached to the delivery point
