Abdulmaid Kiram Muin is a diplomat from the Philippines .

Muin received a Masters Degree in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) at Fort Bonifacio in 1995 . He also completed a general staff course at the Naval Education and Training Command in San Antonio (Zambales) in 2001 , with which he received the rank of Captain of the Reserve.

On February 8, 2017, Muin was appointed Ambassador of the Philippines to East Timor . He handed over his accreditation on October 10, 2017.
