Abdurrahman ash-Shuʿaibi

Abdurrahman asch-Shuʿaibi ( Arabic عبدالرحمن ناصر الشعيبي, DMG ʿAbdu r-Raḥmān Nāṣir aš-Šuʿaibī , also Abdulrahman Al-Shoaibi or Abdul rahman Al Shoaibi ; * December 10, 1980 in Saudi Arabia ) is a former Saudi Arabian soccer player .

The midfielder played for the club al-Hadschir from the 1st division (second division) of the Saudi Arabian football championship . He scored on October 31, 2004 in the 86th minute the winning goal against the club ar-Ra'id in the Saudi Prince Faisal Cup .

In a game against ar-Ra'id on October 20, 2005, Abdulrahman suddenly jumped wildly after being kicked in the back of the head or neck and finally collapsed. He was taken straight to the local hospital. Rumors spread that he had died, but he was able to play for Hajjir again the following week.
