The Abiji language (also called abiji or abidji ); ISO 639-3: abi is one of the three Kwa languages from the subgroup of Agneby languages ​​within the group of Nyo languages ​​spoken by the Abiji people in the Abidjan department of Ivory Coast .

Abiji is common in the Sikensi sub-prefecture (in 12 localities) and in several villages in Dabou .

Abiji has two dialects: enyembe and ogbru. In total, the language has 50,500 speakers. Most of the speakers are bilingual with Dioula , Baule , Adiukru and above all with French , the official language of the country.
