Expiration calendar

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A schedule is a list of specific activities and actions that were determined before an event. They serve to ensure that a situation is effectively and comprehensively controlled and that the process is clear.

It is part of internal communication within an organization, but also has an external effect on inter-departmental events. With the calendar , the time is to be understood in connection with the process, not the daily or weekly calendar.

Schedule calendars are common at large events such as conventions, parades, demonstrations, shareholders' meetings, etc.

Example:

Schedule for an inauguration of a new building

  • 10:00 am: meeting
  • 10:30 a.m .: Departure of the planned tour
  • 11:00 a.m .: Start of the event, speeches, inauguration , tour
  • 12:00 p.m .: Photo session, press conference
