Rejection notice

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A rejection notice is an administrative act that did not approve a requested service .

The rejection notice can be based on the fact that the law does not provide for the approval of a corresponding benefit, or that the applicant does not meet the requirements for the approval of a benefit provided for in the law, or on the fact that the authority is given a discretion when deciding on the grant of benefits which it exercised in the present case to the detriment of the applicant.

The rejection notice can be checked with the legal action , if necessary after preliminary proceedings .
