AGN International is an association of 202 independent auditing and tax consulting firms from 89 countries. The member firms employ a total of 10,000 people at 481 locations, and in 2009 they generated sales of around US $ 1.2 billion.

The association was founded in 1996 as a private limited company in London. Chief Executive is Nicholas C. Blake.

According to the Lünendonk ranking, the group of German AGN law firms formed the sixth largest of the alliances with independent member companies operating in Germany in 2006, with total sales of EUR 74.8 million and 822 employees. Sales and the number of employees in Germany were thus around 10% lower than in the previous year. In 2009, AGN is no longer represented in the Lünendonk ranking of the ten largest networks operating in Germany, because AGN has decided to act as an association - and not as a network.

In Germany the following companies belong to the AGN network: Becker Büttner Held; AGN Treuconsult GmbH; Bohn Dollenmeyer Dambeck; MTG group; Frankus Auditor Tax Advisor; Schaffer & Partner; SH + C Schwarz Hempe & Collegen GmbH; SH + C Wagner Bumes Winkler GmbH; SMC Revisions und Treuhand GmbH; Public trust group.
