Adine Masson was a French tennis player around the turn of the 19th century . to the 20th century .

Masson won the French tennis championships for the first time in 1897 , which were held for the first time and played in challenge mode - the winner was seeded in the final the following year. The French woman won in 1898 and 1899 and was only defeated in 1900 by her compatriot Yvonne Prévost . Two years later (1902) Adine Masson managed to get back the title and defend it in 1903 until she was finally replaced by her compatriot Kate Gillou-Fenwick . She was the first winner of the Paris tournament and was able to win the title five times (1897-1899 and 1902-1903).
