Aeropers

AEROPERS is the professional association for the cockpit staff of Swiss International Air Lines and Edelweiss Air . It is an association within the meaning of the Swiss Civil Code. Since it was founded in 1945, it has represented the interests of its members vis-à-vis employers (formerly Swissair and now Swiss). With more than 1000 active, around 800 passive members and 200 members of associated associations, it is the largest professional pilot association in Switzerland and a legitimate contractual partner of Swiss.

The association represents the interests of its members, which include long-term job security , reasonable working conditions and adequate financial compensation. To this end, he negotiates a collective labor contract valid for all employed pilots with the respective employers and monitors its correct implementation.
