Africa Muslims Agency

The Africa Muslims Agency is a Kuwaiti non-governmental organization for development cooperation that was founded in 1982 and has offices in 34 countries in Africa (as of 2001). The AMA offers, among other things, humanitarian and social aid as well as the construction of schools and hospitals. In 1998 she was granted consultative status by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
