Aistė Diržytė

Aistė Diržytė (* 1977 ) is a Lithuanian psychologist and professor at the Institute of Psychology at MRU University in Vilnius .

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Aistė Diržytė completed a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1995 and a master's degree in clinical psychology at Vilnius University (UV) in 1997 . Then he studied in the doctoral degree and received his doctorate in 2001 on the subject of cognitive schemas , disease overcoming and cellular immunity of oncological patients (lit. "Onkologinių pacientų kognityvinės schemos, ligos įveika ir ląstelinis imunitetas"). From 2002 she taught at the Mykolas-Romer University . She is a professor of psychology. Since 2008 she has been the director of UAB Vadybos ir psichologijos institutas .

Research areas and subjects include: Training Positive Thinking Skills , Organizational Psychology , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (for MA students), Crisis and Trauma Psychology , Business Psychology , Current Concepts and Research Methodology of the Divergence of Emotional Expressions and Disturbances (for PhD students), Psychological factors of quality of life ; Psychological capital; Positive organizational behavior.

Diržytė is a member of the Ateitininkai Catholic youth organization .
