Ajman One Towers

The Ajman One Towers form a complex of twelve residential high-rise buildings with around 3000 apartments in the Emirate of Ajman , part of the United Arab Emirates . The construction cost was 2.7 billion dirhams (735 million US dollars). The opening planned for 2009 was delayed by several years. The owner is the company AjmanProperties .

On March 28, 2016, a fire broke out in Tower 8, a building with 30 floors, which spread across the entire building. The fire spread to residential tower 6. Due to the timely evacuation, there were no deaths.

A few months earlier, a fire had broken out in The Address Downtown Dubai .
