Acceptance management

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Acceptance management is a term from business administration that describes the development of a product or service that is consistent with existing customer needs and wishes.

It is primarily about the control mechanisms for this form of product development . A product is developed based on the real needs of the customer and iteratively (in stages) or in project phases it is checked and brought to market maturity.

Acceptance management as part of customer-oriented product development is based on three pillars:

  • Bringing the products or concepts to life
  • Evaluation of acceptance with market research instruments such as customer surveys
  • Integration of the processes in the decision-making processes

DART (Dynamic Acceptance Model for Re-Evaluating Technologies) is a nationally and internationally widespread method for measuring acceptance.
