al-Wusta ( Arabic الوسطى, DMG al-Wusṭā ) denotes:
- al-Wusta (Oman) , Governorate of Oman
- the Bahraini central government, dissolved in 2014, in Arabic
- the Bahraini region of al-Wusta (Bahrain), which was dissolved in 2002
- from 1991 to 1994 a Sudanese state, al-Wusta (Sudan)
