Al-Sheikh

The Al-Sheikh or Al-Sheikh ( Arabic آل الشيخ Al asch-Shaikh , DMG Āl aš- Šay Š , also Al al-Sheikh and Al asch-Schaykh ) are the leading religious family in Saudi Arabia . The family has been managing religious affairs on behalf of the royal family since the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was founded. They are believed to be the descendants of Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab .
