The property is located at the confluence of Albertusstrasse and Kaiserstrasse opposite the Kaiserpark. Dominant two-storey corner building made up of several components arranged at right angles to one another under a steep pitched roof with a polygonal corner tower and a gable facing Albertusstrasse. 4: 7 axes Kaiserstraße / Albertusstraße. In the right axis of the Kaiserstraße a transept with a crooked hip . Base made of ashlar masonry with cellar exposures and house entrance at the corner of the building and in the left axis of Albertusstrasse.
