Allison Wagner

Allison Wagner (born July 21, 1977 ) is a former swimmer from the USA .

At the 1993 World Championships on the short course, she was world champion in the 200 m individual medley and won the silver medal in the 400 m medley. The world record she set in these championships is still in place today (2007). At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , she won the silver medal in the 400 m medley.

In 1994 she was named America's Swimmer of the Year . She ended her career in 2000.
