The Old Roman Catholic Church in North America ( Old Roman Catholic Church in North America ) is an independent Old Catholic Church, headquartered in Louisville , Kentucky .
The Church was organized on December 29, 1910 by Arnold Harris Mathew . It is not a member of the European Union of the Old Catholic Churches in Utrecht .
The current Senior Bishop of the Church is Francis P. Facione .
Like many related communities , the Old Roman Catholic Church in North America adheres to the liturgical and dogmatic traditions of the time before the Second Vatican Council .
