Alus

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Alus was a god of the Celts in northern Italy. He was equated with the Roman god Saturnus , the god of time and crops, which is probably why he was a god of the fertility of the fields or of the seasons. His name was found on a consecration inscription in Brescia .
