The Amaris Group SA is an international technology and management consulting group with headquarters in Vernier , Switzerland and 50 offices worldwide.
history
Amaris was founded in 2007. Initially, the company was a business consultancy specializing in the banking sector.
In 2012 Amaris took over Thales Systeminformation Österreich. This acquisition enabled the group to expand its business area by 27 countries and enter the cloud computing market. In the same year the company started a rebranding.
In 2013, Amaris became a certified Cisco cloud partner. In the same year the Italian brand Thales Sap was taken over.
Companies
The company acts as a corporate consultant in the areas of strategy and outsourcing consulting. The business area comprises 5 fields:

- Engineering and high technology
- telecommunications
- Biotechnology and pharmaceuticals
Customers include large companies and family groups who are advised on topics such as energy, mobility, finance or life sciences and the environment.
