Amrop (before 2010: The Amrop Hever Group ) is part of an international partnership of independent, owner-managed personnel consulting companies . history

In 1991, personnel consulting companies from various countries (including the German Delta Management Consultants GmbH ), which are primarily active in the area of ​​executive search / direct search, merged to form the Hever Group . Their goal was to master cross-border tasks in partnership, while maintaining the structure of individual companies. In 2000 the Hever Group was merged into the newly founded The Amrop Hever Group . In 2010 the name was changed to Amrop .

Amrop is now represented with 89 offices in 57 countries, including almost all countries in the CEE region. In 2008, the group with 302 partners generated sales of 250 million US dollars and employed 840 people.

In Germany, Amrop was represented by Delta Management Consultants GmbH until December 2015 . Since January 2016, the new Amrop GmbH has been represented in Germany with offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich.

The group is led by a central Executive Board in Brussels , which is supported by a General Secretariat and controls general processes and quality management .
