Laygaard District

The Laygaard district was a district in the Aabenraa district in the province of Schleswig-Holstein .

The district was formed in 1889 from the Laygaard manor district . In 1910 the manor district was converted into the rural municipality of the same name.

In 1920 the district was dissolved and the communities ceded to Denmark due to the referendum in Schleswig .
