Andreas Brieden

Andreas Brieden is a German statistician .

Life

From 1989 to 1994 he studied business mathematics at the University of Trier with a focus on operations research / discrete mathematics (mathematics) as well as money, credit, currency, finance (business administration). From 1994 to 1998 he was a doctoral student in the field of Computational Convexity with Peter Gritzmann , initially in Trier , from 1997 in Munich . Since 1998 he has been a research assistant at the Mathematics Center at the Technical University of Munich and as a professor of statistics, especially risk management, at the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich .
