Supply threshold

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The supply threshold is the minimum price that must be achieved for a good in order for the producer to be ready to sell it. The price for the supply threshold is calculated from the initial costs for the purchase of materials , the costs of material logistics , the production costs and the producer's profit markup .

In the case of complex products with high initial costs for material purchasing and material logistics, additional cost types such as exchange rate hedging transactions are added.
