Anice Asha Farzana Das (born December 31, 1985 in Mumbai , India ) is a Dutch speed skater of Indian origin.
Career
Anice Das was born in Mumbai and adopted by a Dutch couple together with her twin sister at the age of eight months. She grew up in Assen and took part in a speed skating competition for the first time on December 30, 2005 as part of the Dutch championships.
So far, Das achieved their greatest successes in 2017 with a gold medal over 500 m as part of the qualification for the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , silver at the Dutch Sprint Championships and bronze at the Dutch Short Distance Championships, also over 500 m there.
At the 2018 Winter Olympics, she finished the 500 m race in 19th place.
