The aniline paint (also called tar paint ) was one of the first products sold by the Baden aniline and soda factory and was the inspiration for the name aniliner .
With the Aniliner the house journal for the employees of BASF Ludwigshafen was also called.
Since 2014 at the latest, there has been a Pfälzer Schobbe glass with self-promotion by BASF, on which it says: “Aniline for beginners”. Typical BASF terms are illustrated in Palatinate on the 0.5 liter glass .
