Annales Médico-Psychologiques is a French journal for psychiatry and psychopathology that appears ten times a year. It was founded in 1843 by Jacques-Joseph Moreau and Jules Baillarger as the first psychiatric journal in France and has been published continuously ever since.

Today it is the official announcement organ of the Société médico-psychologique . It publishes both original articles and reports on communications submitted to the Société médico-psychologique . Since its publication more than 150 years ago, the majority of Francophone scholars in the psychiatric field have written for this journal.
