Anne Caroline Jenkin, Baroness Jenkin of Kennington (born December 8, 1955 ) is a British public relations consultant and a member of the House of Lords .

She was born Anne Caroline Strutt on December 8, 1955, to the Hon. Charles Strutt and the Hon. Jean Davidson. Her father is the son of the physicist Robert Strutt, 4th Baron Rayleigh . Her mother is the daughter of the conservative politician JCC Davidson, 1st Viscount Davidson and the life peeress Frances Davidson, Viscountess Davidson . She is married to Conservative MP Bernard Jenkin , son of Conservative Life Peer Patrick Jenkin, Baron Jenkin of Roding .

On January 26, 2011 she was raised as Baroness Jenkin of Kennington , of Hatfield Peverel in the County of Essex, to Life Peeress and on January 27, 2011 introduced into the House of Lords, where she sits for the Conservative Party .
