Adaptation training
The adaptation training is part of the professional training . It serves to adjust knowledge and skills to changing requirements in the workplace without a higher qualification that is subject to collective bargaining. With the help of the adaptation training, the technical qualification of the employees in their profession or area of work is to be improved. The adaptation training aims to maintain, expand and adapt the already existing professional skills and knowledge and serves to maintain horizontal mobility .
