Michael Steward Heath (born April 9, 1964 in McAllen ) is a retired American swimmer. He enrolled at the University of Florida and was a member of the school team that won the NCAA in 1983 and 1984 .
Also in 1984 he competed at the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and was able to win three gold medals there with the relays. He also secured second place in a single race. In 1986 he won a gold and a bronze medal with the relay at the World Swimming Championships in Madrid .
Today Heath assistant coach in Spartan Aquatic Club in Orange Park in the US state of Florida .
